KaLeigh was honored as a member of the Forbes 30 Under 30 Class of 2025, recognizing her innovation and leadership in business. Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Westwin Elements, Inc., KaLeigh has started and operated several small businesses, including a seven-figure marketing firm that employed nearly 300 contractors and served dozens of clients, a subscription box meat company, and a cattle company. KaLeigh holds an undergraduate degree from the College of the Ozarks and a professional master’s degree in strategic and international studies from the Institute of World Politics in Washington, D.C.
