Justin Polivka is the Business Development Manager; Advanced Manufacturing for Beck & Pollitzer USA. He brings 18 years of experience in machinery design and installation, including 12 years supporting the battery manufacturing industry. Justin and the Beck & Pollitzer team have successfully delivered machinery installations in 14 gigafactories around the world, providing customers with expertise across some of the industry's most complex projects. Since joining Beck & Pollitzer, he has held progressive leadership roles including Project Manager, Engineering Manager, and Business Development Manager, giving him a comprehensive understanding of project execution, engineering, and commercial strategy. Today, he focuses on expanding Beck & Pollitzer's involvement earlier in the project lifecycle by partnering with owners, EPCs, and general contractors during pre-construction planning and consultation. His passion is helping clients achieve greater schedule certainty, cost predictability, and successful project outcomes through early collaboration and practical execution expertise.
