David Schultheis
With a background in corporate strategy and management consulting, David currently serves as President and Managing Director of Aurubis Richmond, building the operational team for the $850m investment and leading the organization's strategic direction and operations. Prior to this role, David was Head of Corporate Strategy at Aurubis AG, overseeing the successful development of the multi-billion Euro strategic project pipeline to project approval, with approved projects totaling nearly €2.0B in CapEx under David's supervision. His expertise also includes advising clients in the industrial goods & services sector and private equity at Bain & Company, as well as project finance with a geographic focus on the Americas at Juwi AG. David holds an MBA from INSEAD and is passionate about driving organizational growth and fostering innovation.
