NanoNord A/S — Tveskaeg® NMR analyzers for critical minerals

NanoNord is a Danish technology company that builds industrial nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) analyzers, bringing laboratory-grade elemental measurement out of the lab and onto the extraction and processing floor.

The Tveskaeg® G3 Flow quantifies lithium concentration in brine in about two minutes, accurate to within approximately ±2% under factory calibration. It installs on-line for continuous monitoring via an automated valve system, or runs as a benchtop unit for manual sampling. Measurement is made by radio-frequency pulse, so there are no reagents, no consumables, and no contact between sample and sensor, nothing hazardous to dispose of, and no send-out laboratory fees.

Rated IP54 and built around a 1.5-tesla permanent magnet in an industrial housing, Tveskaeg is designed for harsh conditions: mine sites, high altitude, and process environments. Units ship pre-calibrated with preset jobs, so operation requires minimal training and no specialist laboratory skills. Modbus, REST API and Wi-Fi connectivity feed results into existing process systems.

One platform covers multiple elements: lithium, boron, sodium, chloride, phosphorus and more, with multiple isotopes measurable in a single job, subject to licence. The technology is peer-reviewed and field-proven across mining, agriculture, marine and nuclear applications, built on more than 20 years of NMR research.
